We also implemented in whole house system, including 3 surround sound system with TV, that each can select Apple TV, blu-ray, two wii game or satellite receiver. A AV matrix allows any TV to display a selection of up to 8 audio/video source. We were able to integrate the customer Bose system as well.
All of this is easily control but a touch screen. The user can easily select 2 WII games, SAT TV, blu-ray, Apple TV or stream pictures from a computer. All AV devices are located in a hidden rack in the center of the house.

Whole House Audio + Surround sound Installed 6 zones audio. For the living room, customer did not wish to see “a big black box”. Therefore we used an in wall subwoofer. The only think visible is a grill/screen looking like an air vent.
|
Sound Bar This Rancho Santa Fe guest house required a simple surround system. We fitted the TV with a Polk surround bar below it. The bar will emit directional sound that will bounce back on adjacent wall to simulate a surround system. A sound bar is a great alternative to run speaker wires as required for surround sound system.
